Digital Industry and Space in Horizon Europe

The European Commission invites you to co-design Horizon Europe through two interactive sessions. These are the “Digital Industry and Space” workshops taking place on 22 and 23 September 2020, 14:00-15:00 (Hub 4). The sessions are part of the European Research and Innovation Days from 22-24 September. The programme features the full breadth of the new research and innovation policy and the supporting instruments.

As well as Horizon Europe, the programme addresses the European Green Deal, Digitalisation, International Cooperation, the European Innovation Council, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology and the European Research Council. Introduced are the Horizon Europe Missions, as overarching themes to drive research and innovation towards sustainability, inclusivity and prosperity.

The Commission has opened registration on its website and that features the full programme also. Satellite data can play a role in many of the missions and green deal topics, so it is definitely worthwhile checking the programme beyond the workshop directly related to space.
